All of Bear Cave Cellars' wines reflect our love of Paso fruit. Paso Robles produces ultra-ripe wine grapes, which lend themselves to the fruit-forward style of wine making.

For the uninitiated, the alcohol content may seem high, but you will find no trace of alcohol or heat on the palate when you taste these wines.

By using a cool fermentation with extended time on the skins our wines all provide a softness and full mouth feel. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc will both age well and will be good for many years to come. The Zinfandel and Syrah should be consumed within the first 1 to 5 years.

All the wines are excellent with a hearty dinner menu. The Cabernet Franc in particular is great with both your entreé and dessert!
